Founder, Creative Lead, Producer & Event CuratorMalachi ‘Pablomari’ Henry is a Reading based, creative lead, producer and event curator with deep roots in music and culture. As the founder of Lock-in Or Lack, he works across creative direction, event curation, production and community-building, understanding projects from both inside the creative process and the production side, how it should feel for audiences and what it actually takes to make that feeling happen. He takes a creative vision and translates it into a clear strategy/structure, keeping the end result feeling authentic and culturally in tune.
Michaela Cullen
Artist, Filmaker & Creative DirectorMichaela Cullen is an Irish artist, filmmaker and creative director based in London, working across experimental film, sound, installation and research-led practice. She moves fluently between roles as director, cinematographer, editor, sound designer and composer, often holding an entire film or visual project from concept through to final delivery. For projects that need someone who can think deeply, work across disciplines and keep the work socially and emotionally attuned, she is a natural fit.

Fashion Industry Specialist & Brand ConsultantOllie Darani is a fashion industry specialist and sustainable streetwear founder based between Reading and London. His work within buying and merchandising has included best‑selling product runs, record‑breaking sales weeks and global collaborations with brands such as Disney and Netflix, giving him a clear view of how trends, pricing and product decisions play out at scale. At the same time, his experience building a streetwear brand keeps him close to the realities of starting and growing a clothing business in the current landscape. Whether it’s grounded insight into buying, merchandising, styling or building a fashion brand, Ollie brings a mix of industry experience, lived example and genuine care for the next generation.
